Your site is blocking RankAbove from crawling your pages. Please contact your IT administrator to allowlist RankAbove, or install the RankAbove WordPress plugin if this is your site.
What happened
The site answered with a bot-protection challenge (for example a Cloudflare or Akamai check page) instead of the page itself. That challenge has no content to score.
The same protection can also keep some search and AI crawlers out, which is worth knowing on its own.
What to do
- Ask your IT administrator, or whoever manages the firewall or CDN, to allowlist RankAbove.
- If the site runs WordPress, install the RankAbove WordPress plugin. It reads pages from inside the site, so bot protection does not block it.
- Meanwhile, try another page on the same site. Protection is sometimes limited to certain paths.

Email support@rankabove.ai if your IT team needs details to set up the allowlist, or if the site is allowlisted and still blocks RankAbove. Include the URL and the Error ID.
