We couldn't reach the host — the connection was refused. The site may be down or the address may be wrong. Verify the URL and try again.
What happened
The domain resolved to a server, but nothing on that server accepted the connection. The web server may be stopped, or the address points at the wrong machine or port.
What to do
- Check the URL, including the port if there is one.
- Open the page in your browser to see whether the site is up.
- Try again in a few minutes.
