SSL certificate problem
RankAbove couldn't verify the site's HTTPS certificate.
What you saw
We couldn't verify this site's SSL certificate. Check the URL for typos or try the canonical HTTPS version of the page.
What happened
The HTTPS connection failed certificate checks. The certificate may be expired, issued for a different domain name, or missing an intermediate certificate.
A common cause is using a host name the certificate does not cover, such as the bare domain when the certificate only covers www (or the other way round).
What to do
- Check the URL for typos.
- Try the canonical HTTPS address of the page, with or without www, whichever the site actually uses.
- If this is your site, check the certificate's expiry date and the names it covers with your hosting provider.
When to contact support
If the certificate is valid and the page loads over HTTPS in your browser without a warning, email support@rankabove.ai with the URL and the Error ID.
